7. Use of artificial intelligence and internal analysis

LAYSOC uses technology tools and analytical processes to transform complex information into strategic content, reports, prompts, metrics, and materials that support decision-making.

The use of artificial intelligence at LAYSOC is oriented toward information analysis, content structuring, content improvement, operational optimization, and internal support. 10. SamCart and payment processing

Subscriptions, free trials, payment management, recurring billing, cancellations, and checkout-related access may be handled through SamCart or other connected providers.

When you complete a purchase, start a free trial, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription through SamCart, you will also be subject to that platform’s terms, privacy policies, and security conditions.

LAYSOC may receive the information necessary to manage your access and subscription status, but it does not store your full card number, security code, or complete banking information.

11. Domestic and international transfers

Due to LAYSOC’s digital nature and the use of global technology providers, your personal data may be processed, stored, or handled in Mexico, the United States, or other countries where our providers, servers, or operational systems are located.

These transfers or disclosures may be made to operate the website, process payments, manage subscriptions, deliver access, send communications, provide support, comply with legal obligations, or improve service security.

By using our website, submitting information, starting a free trial, contracting a service, or interacting with our platforms, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in different jurisdictions, always in accordance with this Privacy Notice and the applicable reasonable protection measures.

12. Data retention

We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, unless a legal, tax, accounting, contractual, or security obligation requires us to retain it for a longer period.

To request withdrawal, write to contacto@laysoc.com with the subject line: “Withdrawal of consent.”

16. Limitation on the use or disclosure of data
